Since 1942, Kirkridge Retreat and Study Center has been welcoming guests from non-profit organizations including: environmental, arts, poetry, recovery, LGBTQ, recovery, 12 Step, social service and religious organizations of all faiths. A wide a variety of people find welcome here. Kirkridge is located on the beautiful Kittatinny Ridge of eastern Pennsylvania mountains near the Delaware Water Gap. The beautiful grounds offer 170 of wooded acreage right off the Appalachian Trail for our guests to explore the out of doors. With 107 of our acres now in reserve with the Nature Conservancy, The mountains are a perfect place to explore vernal ponds, go hiking or observe birds in their wooded habitat.
Central to Kirkridge, is the ministry of hospitality. We offer private meeting rooms, dining rooms, breakout rooms and double occupancy bedrooms. We can host overnight groups as large as 100 or as small as 6. With our on-site chefs you choose your own meals that suit your particular group and budget. Please note that there is a minimum two night, Fri. to Sat. stay required from March 1 through June 30 and Sept.15 through Nov.15. We offer special rates for low-income and youth groups.

Travel Info: We are located on the beautiful Kittatinny Ridge of eastern Pennsylvania near the Delaware Water Gap and the Pocono Mountains region.
When using GPS be careful to put in 2495 Fox Gap ROAD not Street or Avenue.
We are about 1.5 hours west of the Newark airport and 2 hours North of the Philadelphia airport.
Lehigh Valley International, (formerly ABE) airport is about 45 minutes away, is the closest airport. Taxi fare to Kirkridge is about $60
Busses are available from Newark, LaGuardia or Kennedy- go to the Port Authority terminal in NYC and then take Martz Transit to Delaware Water Gap in PA. (1.5 hour ride) bus directions on our WEB site.

Thank you for always having a smile. Just perfect! I don’t know why I didn’t do it before. Everyone is very friendly, very hospitable. They made me feel as I was part of their family. This event has touch me like no other. I hope with hard work it will make me a better person. The best food ever. I will miss it. I found a sense of welcome, camaraderie, acceptance and true appreciation of diversity.

I attended a breast cancer retreat at the Kirkridge Retreat center and found the facilities to be clean and well-kept albeit simple. The beds were better than I expected and it seemed like everything was available. The adjoining rock sanctuary park was really beautiful and peaceful.
