All-Inclusive Guided 3-Day Solo Retreat
You choose the dates

Your retreat will be tailored to you. We will utilize the energy of the current season by engaging in daily contemplative practices to allow self-reflection. Through writing, creativity, stillness practices, and movement, be intimately in touch with the stillness that resides beneath the confusions of the mind. Included in the cost are one-on-one counseling, chakra balancing, Qigong sessions, and a serenity garden.

Housing: The large sparsely furnished bedroom has a full sized bed, desk and chair, armoire, and ceiling fan with ample space for meditation and/or other practices. Also includes off-street parking, access to laundry room, use of common areas, front porch and backyard serenity garden. Bathroom is shared with one other person.

Travel Info: Albuquerque is located in Bernalillo County, 64 miles south of Santa Fe (an hour drive). The residential retreat is a 5 minute drive from the Albuquerque Sunport (ABQ), and located two blocks from city bus lines.


MF 2/10/2020	The retreat was not an escape from reality. The retreat allowed me to confront reality free from the distractions – pleasant and disturbing – of the everyday world. What was most helpful is the viewpoint of someone detached but sympathetic and understanding. These qualities were expressed in a way I can understand, allowing me to look with another set of eyes and another frame of mind. Thanks again….The experience was wonderful – so was the food! HB 4/9/2019	The Esoteric energy work was very profound and allowed me to relax more fully into my retreat experience. The open dialogue allowed me to be open and honest. Reservation Criteria: Retreatants must stay on premises during the length of the retreat. (If you wish to arrive early or stay after the retreat in order to explore New Mexico, further lodging arrangements can be made). No prior meditation or Qigong experience necessary. Two nights minimum stay. Payment in full required upon registration. Cancellations accepted up to two weeks before scheduled retreat. $50 non-refundable deposit.
