Seth 12/15/2016	I was lost in how to process the thoughts that kept me in a cycle of emotional stress and sadness. Life was just difficult, depressing, stressful and full of "I don't know". Jana showed me the way through those messy thoughts and feelings to find my true self and honor my inner child, my inner knowing. Karen Muro 3/25/2017	THANK YOU FOR OUR WEEKEND. I really walked away from it reborn Whoa! Getting to know me again has been a fantastic process this week. An unexpected byproduct of the weekend is that I'm soaring on cloud 9 with creatively. I did not put two and two together that my emotional muck was significantly stunting my creativity. Todd 4/13/2015	I had a persistent ache within me, feelings of failure consuming negative thoughts. I constantly looked outside of myself for relief (pills, alcohol, affairs). I learned was that what I was constantly looking for was within me all along. Lisa 3/15/2015	Before attending the EHS retreat I was depressed, suffering from panic attacks and feeling like the whole world was against me. It was ME against me. With Jana's guidance I learned how to go within and deeply connect. Jana's passion and knowledge for what she teaches is inspirational.
