Training/Lineage: All yoga levels can join the yoga holiday. We offer two yoga classes a day: a 1.5 hour Vinyasa flow class in the morning and a one hour Yin yoga class in the evening. Our morning classes are active and invigorating, while our evening classes are more restorative, holding poses longer to allow for a deeper stretch, ending with a longer relaxation. Our wonderful yoga teacher Liz Joubert will modify yoga classes and poses for beginners, and she'll challenge the more advanced yogis, so whether new to yoga or looking to develop a deeper practice, everyone can practice at their own pace.
