Our time together will be spent in the Sacred Valley just outside of Cusco which has been attributed to “the center or navel of the world”. In yoga practice, we work to connect to our center. Our week will begin with a traditional Peruvian Despacho ceremony which will help connect us to nature, all beings, elements, and spirits. Similarly, through our yoga practice, we practice asanas to connect to that same higher power that exists within us all.
