My experience in Cuba was amazing! I felt renewed mentally, physically, and spiritually. As a yoga instructor, I was inspired by Ludisis knowledge and expertise. I learned a lot about the history of Cuba and the Cuban people made me feel welcomed. Ludisis and her family made my New Year's Eve and New Year's day the most memorable I've ever had. They also made my 40th birthday special by celebrating me at breakfast and live music. II will return to Cuba or any other retreat ran by Ludisis!

I had 2 days of private Cuban culture while enjoying all the touristy delights Cuba had to offer. I was initially hesitant as I had very little yoga experience but it wasn’t a problem at all! This was a great introduction to the practice for me. So If yoga isn’t your thing, dont fear! I can happily say that I’ve made a fabulous new Cuban friend and cannot wait to return and spend more time in Havana. Thanks Ludi for the experience of a lifetime that I’ll forever cherish!

Ludisis' has a patient and open teaching style. She has a genuine desire for people to unwind and heal while experiencing some of the real Cuba. I enjoyed the chance to see a few different places in Cuba. Accomodation, transport and guides were all well chosen and organised. A fun dance workshop with Ludisis and the chance to meet her family was a highlight. The introduction to the Afro-Cuban religion was eye opening and a valuable part of the retreat. I'm happy I chose to do this retreat!

The 7 Day Cuba Retreat with Yalorde Yoga was one of my best vacations . Ludisis was awesome and perfectly planned our experience to include all aspects of the Cuban culture . The instructors are what makes this a truly unique experience!
