Isha is the most beautiful and powerful meditation experience I've ever had. I've been practicing yoga and meditation for over 15 years. I used to only go to India for meditation retreats. Now, I can just visit this beautiful, serene little haven in Tennessee. The Center's consecrated Mahima meditation hall always sets me on the right path for the coming week. Love, love, love this place!

I have visited Isha Institute many times. The energy and atmosphere of the place are amazing. I've taken several classes there in meditation and Hatha yoga that have been life changing in the most positive way! Folks there are very helpful.... I highly recommend it!

It's a nice atmosphere here. The people are warm, kind, and helpful. It's a good place to either be with people, or have some time alone to figure some things out. I visited from New York City and will definitely go back.

I've always been curious about meditation and since we were around the area, I was referred by another place here. It was interesting to say the least, wasn't sure what to expect at first but was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted with warm and helpful faces. The meditation was very simple and easy to do from anyone and I came home with a CD where I can practice meditation every day on my own.

A place where you can disconnect and be with nature. The surroundings are beautiful, the volunteers that live there caring and loving and the food delicious!. You will surely feel rejuvenated after your stay there. A must visit!

For yoga enthusiasts, the Isha centers are really most known for their meditation spaces. At the India center people travel from all over the world to visit Dhyanalinga. This U.S. center now has two 'energized' meditation spaces, their Mahima dome hall and the 'meditation shrine' provided me with hours of tranquil meditations. There is even an option to sleep in Mahima, which had me waking up alert and fresh well before my alarm. I will be back there every time I get a chance to travel that way.
